Prior to joining CAE Inc., Jason practiced civil and commercial litigation at the law firm Allali Brault. His background includes almost a decade in the aerospace industry, with various positions at Air Canada, Bombardier, and Aviation Strategies International. LEE<br>VICE-PRESIDENT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicole A. Lee (alias: Nicky Montparnasse) is a queer Cantonese community art educator, facilitator, and arts consultant born and based in Tiohti\u00e0:ke\/Montreal, Quebec. She has a BFA in Art Education, with a minor in Psychology from Concordia University. Nicole\u2019s intent as a pedagogue is to foster creativity in order to build interconnected relationships through self-expression and learning. Since 2015, Nicole has experience in cultural mediation, arts administration, art education and arts for social justice. She is also an emotional intelligence, CBC-I (Cognitive Behavioural Coach for Insomniacs) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) advisor for mindfulness teaching and wellness coaching. Nicole oversees the MAI (Montreal arts, interculturels)&#8217;s equity-driven Alliance Mentorship Program. This program hosts between 10-15 artists from across all disciplines and engages over 100 mentors every year. Her role as an MAI mentor is to assist and support artists through coaching and providing insight into the cultural ecosystem, assisting in professional development and project management. Her ongoing mentorship explorations include understanding the art\u2019s eco-system and assisting the artist in developing professional skills in the art milieu. Nicole has published articles and has been a guest speaker advocating for the AAPI, LGBTQIA+ and non-binary Youths, Lesbians Who Tech MTL Summit and the feminist magazine We Hate Pink. She is a settler of European descent who resides in\u202fTiohti\u00e0:ke\/Mooniyang\/Montr\u00e9al.&nbsp;Gillian is a graduate of the National Theatre School\u2019s playwriting program and aims to create with joy, care and risk. Her plays include:&nbsp;<em>Trojans Girls and the Outhouse of Atreus&nbsp;<\/em>(Outside the March, Factory Theatre, Neworld Theatre),&nbsp;<em>The Ruins<\/em>&nbsp;(Two Planks and a Passion Theatre),&nbsp;<em>Let\u2019s Try This Standing<\/em>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<em>Adventures<\/em>&nbsp;(Keep Good (Theatre) Company). She holds an MA in Religious Studies with a concentration in Gender Studies from McGill University. Ali is an interdisciplinary researcher examining the intersection of South Asian Religions, Art History, Media Studies, and Gender Studies. Her ongoing doctoral research project examines the ways that diasporic South Asian artists reconfigure the body to comment on nation(s) and tradition. His professional background in nonprofit management, fundraising, strategic planning, branding, international operations, project management, and multimedia production inform his professional contribution to PWM. Although her artistic path began with extensive dance training, including a degree in contemporary dance from Concordia University, she has over a decade of experience as a producer, creator, and community connector in the English theatre ecosystem in Montreal, bringing enthusiastic curiosity to the intersection of physicality, comedy, queerness, and storytelling in her own creative practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Greco has focused her artistic career on bringing choreography to theatrical productions and workshops, working with companies such as Geordie Theatre, Repercussion Theatre and MainLine Theatre. She has been nominated for two Outstanding Choreography Awards at the Montreal English Theatre Awards for these contributions. As she continues to explore and expand her artistic voice, Greco has also dabbled in both playwriting and direction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outside of the studio, Greco has worked as an arts administrator and is currently the Director of Programming at the Quebec Drama Federation. Her practice encompasses performance, choreography, teaching, and health research. She holds a BFA in Contemporary Dance and Psychology from Concordia University, a MSc in Rehabilitation Sciences from&nbsp;<em>Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al,<\/em>&nbsp;and is a certified Pilates teacher<em>.&nbsp;<\/em>Her training includes classical Indian forms (Bharatanatyam and Kalarippayattu) from the Attakkalari Centre in India and competitive Ballroom\/Latin dance which she uses to help develop gender-neutral approaches to partner dancing (featured on TED.com).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alida\u2019s artistic work engages themes of identity, ancestry, and accessibility. Her most recent work, Those Roots Within, a Deaf\/hearing co-creation, was presented at the MAI in February 2025. She has received support from major arts councils and completed residencies across Montreal and internationally, including at ImPulStanz in Vienna. Alida is also involved in arts and health research which has been published in reputable peer-reviewed journals. His joy-forward, metatheatrical, and kaleidoscopic projects aim to inspire creativity and a sense of wonder in audiences. He has directed the Fringe hits and his own original works <em>Captain Aurora<\/em>, <em>Captain Aurora: A New Dawn<\/em>, and <em>Memento Mori<\/em>; <em>The Sages of Chelm<\/em> and the Canadian and Yiddish-language premiere of <em>The Great Divide<\/em> for the Dora Wasserman Yiddish Theatre; and Mark Crawford\u2019s <em>Bed and Breakfast<\/em> for Hudson Village Theatre (META-nominated for Outstanding Production). As an independent producer, he has also directed productions of <em>Antigone<\/em> et <em>The Tempest<\/em>, as well as the Canadian premiere of <em>None of the Above<\/em>. He has worked as an assistant director at the Stratford Festival, the Segal Centre, and Talisman Theatre.<br><br>As a writer, Trevor was a member of the inaugural Young Creators\u2019 Unit and has created several original musicals. Most recently, he produced and directed the world premiere of his meta-romcom <em>Max and Aaron Write a Musical<\/em> for the Segal Centre (META-nominated for Outstanding New Text). In 2016, she earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in French literature and philosophy from the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, and in 2019, she earned a degree in playwriting from the National Theatre School of Canada. Her play\u00a0<em>L\u00e9gendes de canap\u00e9<\/em>\u00a0was staged by H\u00e9lo\u00efse Desrochers in 2020 at Th\u00e9\u00e2tre des B\u00e9loufilles. In 2023,\u00a0<em>Bonnes Bonnes<\/em>, co-written with Sophie Gee, was presented at Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Aux \u00c9curies. That same year,\u00a0<em>Les papillons du littoral<\/em>\u00a0was staged by Claudia Chan Tak at Quai 5160. In spring 2024,\u00a0<em>Maelstr\u00f6m<\/em>\u00a0was directed by Annie Ranger at Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Aux \u00c9curies, followed in fall 2024 by\u00a0<em>La d\u00e9magogie des dragons<\/em>, directed by Vincent Kim at Centre du Th\u00e9\u00e2tre d\u2019Aujourd\u2019hui. As a dramaturge, she collaborated on\u00a0<em>Au revoir z\u00e9bu<\/em>\u00a0(2022) and\u00a0<em>S\u2019enjailler<\/em>\u00a0(2024).
