She grew up in Markham, Ontario, but is currently in Montreal doing her undergrad at Concordia University in English Literature and Creative Writing, with a minor in Theatre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Synopsis:<\/strong> Rachel has run away from home with nothing but her school bag and a copy of Moby Dick. She messed things up with her best friend, she has no idea who she is or what she&#8217;s doing, and to top it all off the memory of her eleven-year-old self won\u2019t leave her alone. They were the lead writer of a collective creation produced at the Dome in their graduating year. Recent shows they have performed in include <em>Antigone<\/em> (Raise the Stakes Theatre), <em>The Last Wife<\/em> (IMAGO Theatre), and<em> Memento Mori<\/em> by Kaleidoscope Theatre (Montreal Fringe, 2017). They also recently directed and co-produced <em>Gruesome Playground Injuries<\/em> with their company, Playground Productions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Synopsis:<\/strong> Eva wakes up in Rio de Janeiro\u2014her own wonderland. In pursuit of her tinder boi and her perfect body, her surreal ambitions come up against her inevitable return to reality. During his studies, he rediscovered his passion for creation and devised work, which led him to join the Young Creators Unit. He has watched David Attenborough&#8217;s <em>The Life of Birds<\/em> one too many times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Synopsis:<\/strong> Addison is eight years old and too fabulous for his own good. His only friend is a taxidermy flamingo. Together, this odd pair try to find a nesting place in a big, bad, uncomprehending world.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #046d8b;\"><strong>PLAYWRIGHTS\u2019 WORKSHOP MONTR\u00c9AL AND CENTAUR THEATRE BELIEVE IN THE IMPORTANCE OF PROVIDING YOUNG THEATRE ARTISTS TOOLS FOR DEVELOPING AND SHOWCASING THEIR WORK.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>The Young Creators Unit was not created as a queer-specific program, but over the past three years has become a vibrant space for self-discovery and political\/personal creation.
